What are the Documents Required for Land Registry?

Some documents must be present for the deed handover process. The documents requested from the land or real estate owner can be listed as follows:

• Original or photocopy of the title deed of the real estate
• Original or photocopy of owner's ID
• Document obtained from the municipality where the immovable is located and showing the current value of the transport
• If the title deed transfer is carried out by someone else, the power of attorney
• Compulsory earthquake insurance certificate is required for the sale of the real estate.

What Should Be Done After the Title Deed Transfer?

If the title deed handover has been made for a house and a loan has been used for this process, the mortgage document must be submitted to the relevant bank.

The real estate and environmental cleaning information should be changed in the name of the new titleholder by going to the relevant municipality in the region where the real estate is located.
